Terms of Use
Effective date: August 13, 2026 · Contact: support@joinvaylen.com
1. What Vaylen is, and is not
Vaylen Health is a technology and care-coordination platform. Vaylen is not a medical provider, pharmacy or insurer, and does not compound or manufacture medication. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed U.S. clinicians through OpenLoop Health; Vaylen does not influence prescribing decisions. Prescriptions are filled by U.S.-licensed pharmacies whose name appears on your prescription and medication label.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, reside in one of the 49 U.S. states we serve, and complete the health assessment truthfully. Providing inaccurate health information is dangerous and grounds for termination of the service; amounts for services already provided are not refunded.
3. No guarantee of prescription
Payment reserves your program and initiates clinical review. Whether treatment is appropriate is decided solely by a licensed clinician. If the clinician declines to prescribe, you receive a full refund as described in the Refund Policy.
4. Programs, billing and cancellation
- Monthly plans renew each month until canceled. Cancel from your patient portal before the next billing date to avoid further charges. No cancellation fees.
- Prepaid programs (3, 6 or 12 months) are billed once, up front, at the total shown on the pricing card before purchase. They are refunded in full if the clinician declines to prescribe; once you are approved and the program has begun, prepaid amounts are not refundable.
- Prices include the clinician review, prescribed medication for the program term, shipping and ongoing care features described at purchase. There are no separate consultation fees.
5. Shipping
Approved prescriptions typically ship within 1–3 business days in discreet packaging. Shipments confirmed lost or damaged in transit are replaced at no charge. Federal law prevents the return and reuse of dispensed prescription medication.
6. Medical emergencies
The service is not for emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misrepresent your identity or health information, share or resell medication, use the service on behalf of another person, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its content and marks are owned by Vaylen Health or its licensors. You may not reuse them without permission.
9. Imagery
Photography and illustrations on our websites and materials are illustrative. Individuals shown are models or stock-photography subjects; they are not Vaylen patients, and they are not clinicians in the network that serves you unless expressly identified by name and credentials.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaylen’s liability for claims arising from the platform is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects the independent professional responsibility of your clinician.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. Please contact support@joinvaylen.com first; most issues are resolved quickly.
12. Changes
We may update these terms with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
