Refund Policy
Effective date: August 13, 2026 · Contact: support@joinvaylen.com
If your clinician says no
If the reviewing clinician determines GLP-1 treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, your payment is refunded in full and automatically, whether you chose a monthly plan or a prepaid program. No forms, no requests, no partial deductions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time from your patient portal before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of months. Charges already incurred for a delivered month of the program are not refunded.
Prepaid programs (3, 6, 12 months)
Prepaid programs are billed once, at the total shown on the pricing card. They are fully refunded if your clinician declines to prescribe. Once you are approved and the program has begun, the prepaid amount is not refundable. If month-to-month flexibility matters to you, choose the monthly plan.
Medication returns
Federal law prohibits the return and reuse of dispensed prescription medication, so shipped medication cannot be returned for a refund. If a shipment arrives damaged, or is confirmed lost in transit, we replace it at no charge.
Payment method notes
If you paid with a buy-now-pay-later provider (such as Klarna or Affirm), approved refunds are issued through that provider and your installment plan is adjusted or canceled by them under their terms.
